Heavenly King who hid His crown of His glory and concealed the elegance of His royal purple robe, stood stripped bare upon the wood for the salvation of that which He fashioned, accepted the petition offered to Him by a chief of thieves in the sincerity of his faith and gave to him the promise in which on that day he would enter Paradise with Him, now accept, Lord, our petition like his and pardon us like him. Make us worthy of Paradise in his likeness that we may give thanks to You and glorify You, and Your Father, and Your Holy Spirit, now and at all times, forever.
